Let's face it. Plush pillows, stand alone bathtubs & floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Emirates Palace is the ideal location for a hotel - especially when you wake up on the 50th floor overlooking downtown Abu Dhabi. I spent a week in Abu Dhabi and was lucky enough to have a week-long sleepover at the Jumeriah Hotel at Etihad Towers. Centrally located, contemporarily designed (parallel to Emirates style - marble details at every whim) this hotel was one for the books.
Whether we are talking about their 3 chilled swimming pools, their impeccable beach service (towels, fresh smoothies & watermelon... gulf side), their perfectly designed rooms, or their vast array of top of the line dining, this hotel nailed every single test. Even the room service was to die for.
TO BEGIN...COCKTAILS ANYONE?
OR PERHAPS A CAPPUCHINO & CAKE...
Now that that's taken care of let's have a gander at the details -
& THen THERE WAS THE VIEW
The view was great but the room was everything -
bed side chocolates, room service & that bathtub. oof.
they even brought a birthday cake
The real gamechanger was the pool. Seriously though
Let's not forget their incredibly delicious, award winning restaurants

Last but not least, the lighting in the restrooms.
If only the fresh smell of jasmine could linger in a photo.
